Structure of the stock

Henri van Doorn, a young father of two children Chris and Laurens, and his wife Lucie are all very concerned about the duivensport. Through an uncle in his younger years, Henri familiar with the duivensport hit. Over the years there has been mixed games. In the years 1997-1998 were all much more seriously addressed, for the purpose of his hobby to do something good. And from the year 2000, Henry the man to beat in distant surroundings, it was the year 2000 in WHZB the 2nd best young pigeon scored, 00-4052386 (Chrisje), which later one of Henri's best growers proved to be.

Structure of the loft
The pens can be found especially the pigeons of Berrie v/d Brand and Ad Schaerlaeckens. Also he has found to strengthen his colony with Peter v/d Merwe. Henri focuses on the culture and preferably with proven topflyers. Many still quite young pigeon moves after a few early prizes to the breeding loft. 'Breed and you will play' he understood well and implemented.

Chrisje
The absolute star and the matriach of the colony is the hen called 'Chrisje'. Henri mentioned this pigeon as a junior to his eldest son, which later proved to be a hen did nothing to her name. He kept his name. The origin of Chrisje father's side of the 99-903 'Armstrong' of B. v/d Brand (75% and 25% Cees Gijsen, Jo Sleutjes), and maternal side of the 99-756 'Sonja' B. v/d Brand (lines Wal Zoontjes, Tiny van Herpen, Ad Schaerlaeckens.
When she was young 2nd WHZB, 1st pigeonchampion and acebird rayon 1 CC Midebo, 2nd and 3rd fond young pigeonchampion Midfondclub East Brabant. Already 6 years in a row she produces 1st prize winners and duifkampioenen the world and gives its superior class once again largely by its small and great. In 2006, the National winner Orleans ... the 'Chrisje'.

System
Due to the extremely busy work is a system developed with minimal effort while the maximum output for the pigeons to be obtained. As a carpenter he early every morning from home and most of the year, the pigeons therefore only once per day. In city summer he takes his birds occasionally in the morning for his work away. That means for four hours from the feathers and pigeons resolve as often streetlamps still burning. His son Chris, he left several things, such as the removal of the eclipse and the care of the weduws. Chris does this so perfect, next to the care of his own hobby.... chickens.
